Trouble shooting my MLC phones and have gotten some cell phones with the message "Double assignment- Ext xxx". Support has said I need to turn on override. I know I've seen that somewhere in programming, but I've looked around for a long time and can't find it again.
Could someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Found it in 15-05-39, CTI Override Mode - Enable.
Things seem to be working now. Cleared the duplicate activations, re-installed the app. So far, so good.
