Hello
I have "inherited" a customer with an SL1100 he wants a central answering machine with a visual indication at each key phone that a message has been left and can be accessed from any phone. They have the basic voicemail card. Looking to set up a group/dept mailbox which seems straightforward however at a loss regarding how to assign it a mailbox and how to set VM button on the key telephones. Appreciate any help and advice.
Thanks
Allan

you could use a Virtual and assign a mailbox to it. Program a VM key on all phones that need to see.
