Hi my sip provider is having issues with our ddis (they are all ringing to default 500) it appears they are sending +44207xxxxxxx format and cannot strip and replace at the moment??? and they have asked me to change my end. (it has been working for a year or so) I can't see anywhere within country code or ddi table where the + sign is accepted in 2.1.5 or 3.2.3 Is this something that cannot be done on the Samsung OS ?
Any feedback greatly appreciated!

I think you can use wildcard characters in 3.2.3 to ignore the +. I don't have the manual in front of me so I'm not sure what you use but it might be the * character.

difference in MMCs but the 837 were you load SIP credentials for registration, there is an option for SIP trunks to follow either DDI or TRUNK RING. thats where you set it up
heads up

Hi. In MMC832 put +744 in Access Digit, set Digit Lenght to 4, Delete Lenght to 1. Then in MMC 714 use for route Incoming Digits 744.
