First time posting here. Sorry I couldn't find my solution via search.
In an attempt to learn this system that was bequeathed to me, I decided to delete and re-add my mailbox to learn a little more. I believe what we are running (software wise) is Inter-Tel Database Programming v. 9.009. Anywho, I added the mailbox and assigned it to my extension, which shows up under the "Message Notification Station" field. But for some reason, the voicemail is not picking up after letting it ring numerous times. I tried re-deleting it and having the old "administrator" re-add it, but still the same issue. Any ideas?
Please note: Other voicemails are picking up in accordance with the System Forward Initiate timing.
The Forwarding path for the Station Info appears to be the same as currently functioning stations.
My apologies if this is very noobish. This is my first time getting a crack at some sort of Systems Administration and I'd like to impress. Any tips on forum etiquette is greatly appreciated.

Try feature code 354. Your display should read SYSTEM FORWARD ON.
