I have a new customer with an IPK by NEC. IPK 1, not an IPK II. They have a T1 that drops calls intermittently. Other times the phone rings off the hook, can't answer a call. The telco says it's the PBX.
A quick look inside the cabinet sees a CPU without the clock module. Will adding that T1 clock module solve our problem?

Yes, you should have CLKG-U10 module on the CPU. I have a bunch, do you need one?

It's odd that it's worked for years and now, lots of trouble. Perhaps the telco changed something.
I have a card, but thank you!
