System went down for several minutes due to a power outage and went it booted up all the programming changes I made on my last visit were undone. the rest of the database was there and the system is running fine. I suspect a bad MP 40 card. Is it possible that the system is booting from an older database from the SD card ? has anyone every heard of this problem before ? software is version 4.53b

This issue is due to the way the OS7400 memory works. If initiallised properly this doesn't happen
I will send a PM with what steps you need to take to stop it happening again.
