I am working on a new Axxess system for a small satellite office in our company. The system is non-networked...single cabinet with version 8.x software, CPC, OPC, 2x DKSC16+, 2x LSC w/ daughter, EVMC. Here is the situation I have: We have 11 POTS line, each of which should be assigned to ring at one of the specific extensions. I know this is probably a very easy thing to do, but I am missing something somewhere. I know I can't use Routing Tables, since this is not a DID situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You must create a 'CO Trunk Group' for each POTS line, then you point the Day Ring-In and Nite Ring-In where you need. So...
Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\CO Trunk Groups. Right-click on the right pane and select 'Create CO Trunk Group'. You can create all 11 groups at one time if you wish.
Name each group something logical, then place a trunk into each group and do yer Day and Nite ringing.
Do you want each fone to dial out on that dedicated line as well?

Don't forget to add your TGs to ARS if your assoc ext for out going is 92000.I always recommend ARS, you can still restrict ind trunk access at the TG level regardless
