We have the vodavi 3501-00 and star plus phones with 8 stations set up. We had to replace our main unit and I kept the cards associated with each card slot. Our voicemail is set up and recordings work when we go into the voicemail ourselves (sta 150 or dial 440). However, it does not go to our voicemail when people call in. It has a default voicemail recording that does not send the voicemails to our system so I have no idea where the messages are going.
I have got into the **XXXX (please do not post passwords) programming, made sure the vm card was programmed to the correct slot (#17 slot 7). I would think the card could be bad, except the voicemail recordings are there when I dial 150 or 440. Is there a way to make our voicemail recordings play when someone dials in? I'm sure it's something in the programming I'm just missing. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello Ryan,
You'll need to program CO Line Ringing Assignments in system programming.
