I didn't reboot the 5000 after the NAT setting change. Makes sense that I probably should have. I'll have to try that tonight.

Regarding SoCalJake's suggestions, I have two home sites now with Intertel phones, one with a cheap consumer grade router, and my home, which has a Linksys RV082. Both yield the same one-way audio results without VPN. Phone server LAN IP is 10.10.10.60 and the home phones are 192.168.x.x. For the office firewall, we have dual WAN through different ISPs and I've tried routing the home phones through IP addresses of both ISPs. I do still have 1:1 NAT left to try.

It's seeming more and more that it's a route selection issue at this point. Rebooting the 5000 tonight seems like the best next step. I'll post results tonight/tomorrow.

I rebooted the 5000 last night, but we still have the same results. The 5000 looks for a locally defined route to accept the audio stream coming from the home phone. One home phone has a 192.168.1.x address, which is the same subnet as one of our branch offices that maintains a VPN to our main phone server's location. I suppose I could switch her router to run on a different subnet. It really seems that NAT is broken...or else we really do need to have every home phone on a different subnet.
