Hello
We have a Toshiba CIX 670 and we had 2 telephones where the voicemail button would not work. There were messages but the Voicemail light would not show and if the button was pushed, nothing happened. I had to blow out the index and recreate it and it worked. Is there something I should be looking at and why its happening. Also, is there a fix instead of deleting the index and recreating it?
