I have a customer that is wanting ACD and call accounting. There is 25 extensions, 10 are their call center and 15 pots lines. They have a Toshiba CIX670 now but the cost to go to with toshiba ACD and taske is expensive. Is there another manufacturer that has all that built in or piece together that would be more affordable? Thanks

Check out Star2Star with StarCenter (ACD) it is a on-prem/cloud system. Has all the reporting built in. www.star2star.com

Look at an NEC SV9100. Make sure you set your costing over a 5 year investment cycle (look at fair market leasing (more like cloud pricing and dollar buyout). Cloud based can get costly and looks great til you work the numbers. As of version 7 everything is now integrated on a web server for reporting bot ACD and non ACD call reports and can be automated. With 15 POTS you might wanna look at PRI or SIP.
