Is there any sort of dashboard like screen that I can look which would give me basic information about how the phone switch is operating. Something like how many calls are active right now. How many more can we handle? Something similar to the following. Freepbx status page I do have Contact Center Suite. I just don't know its capabilities.

Realviewer will show you tons of real-time numbers. Very likely you have at least one Realviewer license included w/ Contact Center Suite, you just need to install the app on a PC.
