I am a Nortel tech, I am working on a NEC Aspire S key system. Simply the customer has an incoming line that flashes on her set but does not ring. She is requesting that it flashes and rings. I've searched for half a day and can not find anything. I found 22-04 set ring group but i dont know how to get there? I was able to modify and update the users names and was able to reset the time and date, so i am briefly familiar Thank you very much

An incoming line key will only ring if that extension is added to the ring group. Are you programming via the phone, or on the Web Pro? You need to get into program 22-04, but may need to access some of the other programs as well. Much easier to do this if you can get into the system on a PC using Web Pro.
