4.10.2 Emergency 911 Destination
Has anyone used this feature?
Feature Description Says:
"Sets up to 3 stations that will be auto-conferenced in when any user dials 911. These can be local station numbers"
Customer just has POTS lines. No PRI. No SIP. Does this matter?

use it all the time, works good. The offsite notification even works without SIP or PRI.

Use it in small hotels all the time. Works great. Use it when large offices have someone calling 911 and don't know who it is.
