Has anyone setup ACD on a NEC 2100 yet?
I just want to clarify a few things.
Can a CO call be transferred to the ACD pilot?
Can Voicemail Transfer a CO call to ACD pilot?
I tried to send a DID to the pilot and that dint work either......
Only trunk group calls seam to work.

Best way is to assign a Ring Group as a ACD pilot in PRG 41.03 for CO trunks.
