I have tried to register 3 different models of Samsung ITP phones and on everyone I get Registration Error on the Phone.
Under Server ID I put in 3201 for the password I have used 1234
The system is set at default with System Password, but have tried Telephone Password
What am I doing wrong?
Any help is much appreciated

Server ID should be the IP address of the OS and check to see if white list is enabled for the phone in ITP if it is disable it and try again.
