Have a user here who has a cordless INT3000 handset. Recently when the Talk button is pushed, the display posts "Paging" and does not give a dial tone. I can plug in corded handset and everything works as expected. I experience the same behavior when plugged into a different jack that also was functioning to begin with. So I believe it's related directly do the handset and not a database side issue related to an extension. Also, when I call the cordless handset it display "Intercom Call from <name>" Another odd behavior, when Speaker is pressed form any phone, it looks like the cordless set picks up, but not sound on either side. Yes indeed...I'm very clueless when it comes to this stuff.

Default the phone. You may want to take the battery out for a while to see if it gets a virtual reboot. Also, check the documentation on the phone. Make sure you're using the right keymap. I have two INT3000s. They are set to the default keymap #1.

Yahtzee! I love you dfleschute! I'm starting to get an idea of how this phone business works. But I definitely see why they have Phone Guys...and don't pass it off to Desktop Support...with no training...
Thank you again!
