Hi Guys, Could anyone guide me through the steps to create the following...
(Day Time) 1. Incoming call answered by AA (welcome message and Dialing options) 1 = sales - ring ext 101 - 105 2 = service - ring ext 106 3 = accounts - ring ext 108 2. on busy or No Answer Sales - group mail box Service - personal mailbox accounts - personal mailbox
(Night time) 1. out of hours voice message (no rings) Dial 1 - leave a message Dial 2 - direct call to external phone number (emergency service)
(Hours) M-F 0800 - 1730 Closed Sat-Sun
If it's required to know, we have an SL1100 on V5.01 with 4 SIP Trunks We also have access to PCPro for programing.
This has been very frustrating for me :| I am an alarm installer and thought I could handle a PBX... I was clearly wrong about that!!
