Guys,
You are going to get sick of me as I learn these systems but I was telling a customer that they could reprogram keys on their handset (8100) using spkr 751 but as the key is already programmed it wouldn't let me change it. So how do I clear the programming of a one touch key from the phone to allow it to be programmed as something else?
