I have a mailbox ID 990 but not sure how i access it.
I found a comment in it that says Used as the default Company Greeting Mailbox for Autoattendant.

I figured out where the VM are going now - to ext8108 but I have no idea why. maybe 8104 has a forward on it?
sighs... what a learning experience.

I am not sure why the voicemail wold end up in 8108. You would have to look at the voicemail box settings for 8104 to see.
