CIX 670 iES32 VM. (programmed via eManager)

Trying to straighten out night/day mode.

Reception phone Night Transfer button programmed.

At night Night Transfer 3 is used. Limited number of extensions ring and then goes to closed greeting and ability to leave a message in general delivery voice mail box 101.

Night Transfer 1 rings correct extensions but if no answer busy greeting is played, then caller is holding, system says "your call is important", then rings back if still unanswered it goes to personal voice mail box of reception (100).

Night Transfer 2 rings is similar to 1 but different greeting.

MCG 1 shows MC Group Pilot Number 550 and Voice Mail ID is blank
MCG 2 shows MC Group Pilot Number 551 and Voice Mail ID is 980
MCG 3 shows MC Group Pilot Number 552 and Voice Mail ID is 580

580 is Pilot DN -- showing Alt DN 400 and VMID 980

Looking at VM chain info

980 Chain Done RECORD 101
980 Chain RNA RECORD
980 Chain Busy RECORD

990 Chain Done TRANSFER 100
990 Chain RNA TRANSFER 990
990 Chain Busy RECORD

I would like to get 1 and 2 to operate the same (but change which extensions ring and maybe delays) But I'd like to get the messaging right.

Call comes in, RNA, "We're busy right now please hold and we'll get to you as soon as possible." holding for X seconds, "You're call is important ...." ring back to group, RNA Sorry we can't get to your call please leave a message after the tone."

Doable?

Figured it out once I spelled it all out. the VM 990 chain should have been just like 980.
