How can I confirm that no one can use the Record-A-call feature on our phone switch? We have a Inter-tell Axxess 10.003.
Thank You, John B.

Look at "Record a Call" in "Premium Features".

Is this a Global Setting for everyone or is this a setting for each individual station?

When I click on System I do not see Premium Features listed. Does this mean I don't have any? I am trying to verify that people can not use the record a call feature. Thank you for your help.

On your software version, you'll go to Software License, which is located in the left pane, just under Passwords. It will give you a list of licensing options for premium features. You want Record-a-call to have a value of NO.
Even if it is YES, you can make sure it's not being used. Go to the Voice Processor, Devices, Applications, and make sure you DON'T have a Record-A-Call application. And if you do, delete it.

Out of curiosity. Why would you want to eliminate this feature? For liability reasons, you may want to keep it. It can be used as a record of threatening calls or business calls.
