I have a customer with a BCM 400 They are switching PRI carriers .I believe the phone system is set up to recieve 3 digits from what I remember The new carrier is saying the can only send 10 digits (I have never heard of this before -Met Tel)
I am wondering if I have to change anything on my end . I thought I saw something that the phone system is only looking for the digits that its set up for weather its 3 or something else
has anyone seen this where the carrier will only send 10 digits ?
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
JD

I have not heard of only able to send ten digits. You will need to change programming to 10 as well each target line must also be the full 10 digit phone number.
