I connected my laptop to the com 1 port, I can select different options but the password has been changed, the only thing I am able to do without the password is reports. It has been a long, long time since I have worked on one of these that I'm wondering if I am leaving something out trying to access the CU option.

I was able to do most of the changes the customer requested except name change for dial by name directory.

FYI: The company that used to service this is no longer in business.

Man if you tried the two passwords you are kinda boned. WOW a Vanguard still working. Use this to make them upgrade!

I made numerous hints on what new systems can do and how they are on borrowed time with this old voicemail without any inquiries on what a new system would cost.
My guess another company has a foot in the door and I was their last chance of riding this one out longer.

Name changes can be done via phone through a system administrator mailbox. I've even found replacement cooling fans. But yea, they need to pony up for a new system.
