When enabling Page in VM box it gives the caller the option to press 1 to leave a message or to press 2 to have the user paged. When pressing 2 it places the page "I have a call for XXX" but when trying to pick the call up we cannot.
Tried using directed call pick up - ** then XXX (extension number)
What is the procedure for picking up that call?
Thank you in advance, Gary

The call I believe is parked. Have you tried the call park pick-up procedure?

So it turns out the extension/mailbox i was using is a Virtual IT DOESN'T WORK WITH VIRTUALs!
It does work with a physical extension port and mailbox. Which is what we wanted it to do, I was just using a virtual in my testing so i wasn't bugging anyone at the site with ringing phone.
Thank you guys for the response. I shoulda posted back but totally forgot about it.
Thank you, Gary Frisco
