I am running an Axxess version 9.0 ATM 5-cabinets with the CPS and VPU. Is there any way to auto-delete voicemails that are over a year old? If not automatically, is there a safe way to do it manually. I know the voicemail messages reside in the avdap/db/recording folder on the VPU, although it seems there is more than just new and saved messages in there. Maybe the application recordings, mailbox greetings, etc. If this is the case, that wouldn't work.
If the Axxess VPU don't have this capability, does the Enterprise Messaging box?
Thanks.

You have no easy way to do this w/ a VPU. The only way I could think of is to manually access every mailbox and delete old voicemails.
With an EM box you could use the web browser interface to access mailboxes and delete the voicemails. You would still need the user mailbox password, but at least you would have a visual representation of the old voicemails.
