Just getting started with Summit. I have read the manuals and cannot find where UNA (universal night answer) is tagged to individual outside lines. I have my External Contact set to LBC and have an extension number assigned but how do you tag the trunks? SBX has two settings that must be set for the trunks - UNA has to be ON and External Night Ring has to be YES. Thx

Have you tried PGM 141 (CO Line Data-->Common Attributes) "Universal Answer"?

Yep, Universal Answer allows any phone to dial the UNA code to pick up the call. I have this set up on my bench right now and I am not getting a contact closure on pins 1 and 2 when the system is in night mode. My loud bell contact (LBC) station is in the group of phones ringing at night.

Found issue. The phone extension you list as the LBC must be a working keyset. The SBX would allow you to use a spare station that did not have a phone plugged into it. thx.
