I have a MICS 7.0 that the lines keep changing position ,eg. line one becomes 025 , don't think this is a card prob any ideas

Not a card problem as the lines are changing to another card. Must be something in the cabinet. Did you reboot?

Sounds like a processor problem. Reboot might solve problem.

Trouble report : Customer says line one has started to ring in on line 5 , No mention that she had been unable to get incoming calls , someone else in the office had reported line one dead and called the phone company ,so what the provider had done to fix the prob was instead of busying out line one until someone had looked at the problem they disabled line one and moved it to line five position , I should have gone to site before bothering you guys ,but thanks for your input .
