Hi,

I have a NEC SL2100 configured with 5 SIP trunks (New Install), everything is working well, apart from the outbound calls receive a busy tone after a couple of seconds.

So the user, dials the external number, there is then a pause for a few seconds and a busy tone comes back.

Is there a setting that I missed on the outgoing side?

Go back over the certification sheet from NEC for this SIP provider

It's not even attempting to make a call out, the SIP provider cannot see any connection?
