Dear all
I am trying to get data for the abandoned calls on operator set there are two options No1- missed calls --MMC 110 MISSED CALL and program REVIEW key on Digital set but iif there is missed calls it shows the total no of calls and the ext no of last caller ,i cannot see all list of missed calls
any one knows this issue.
NO2- can i have this aboned call data on smdr as i can see ext to ext call but abandon calls not coming on hyperterminal
any help

I got the abandoned calls list by programming the key of ABAND on keyset but every time it ask me for P/W which is 1234 can i bypass this p w

Tariq Dear Is it possible that samsung OS7400 user dial ''0'' for operator and hangup and operator call back on priority basis. we can use Operator (PC console ) or Communicator if required. Any one? Tariq

Abandon call data will bed to be turned on in the smdr options. I'm not sure if station to station sbandoned data is sent via smdr or not. You'll need to turn on icm smdr per extension in station options I think it is (only done this once or twice)

How is the operator going to know who to call back and in what order? They could go through the abandoned calls, otherwise if the smdr outputs the data, they could look at that
