Dear

Is it possible that samsung OS7400 user dial ''0'' for operator and hangup and operator call back on priority basis.

we can use Operator (PC console ) or Communicator if required.

Any one?

Abandon call data will bed to be turned on in the smdr options.
I'm not sure if station to station sbandoned data is sent via smdr or not.
You'll need to turn on icm smdr per extension in station options I think it is (only done this once or twice)

How is the operator going to know who to call back and in what order?
They could go through the abandoned calls, otherwise if the smdr outputs the data, they could look at that
