I have about 4 systems that have recently lost time and date, I can go by reset date and time , even unplug it and wait 5 minutes and plug back in date and time is good. So it must run down during a more extended power outage? I checked with my distributor tech support to order some batteries but they say the mp has to be sent in to repair, surely Samsung did not make that big of a design flaw that wont allow us to change batteries without sending card in? Does anyone know which battery it is or how to change?

What i suspect is happening is that durinh an extended power outage the supercap (there is no battery) is running out,v so the system is losing memory. But they seem to auto restore the sd card backup, but that won't restore the time and date.
