Hi, currently our IP Sets display to the logged-in agent, the description field of a DID entry in our call routing table.
For one particular hunt group, is it possible to show the hunt group name for any ACD agent instead of the CRT entry, but for all the other HG's and DID's leave it as-is?

As you are most likely aware, that is a toggle feature on the phone, feature code 379. Unfortunately it is an either/or scenario.
There is a work-around. Create a CRA that has no greetings and in digit translation have it time out to the hunt group. Name the CRA with what you want the agent to see. Then point the DID number to the CRA instead of directly to the HG. The calls will then display transfer from and the name of the CRA.
Ain't technology wonderful? Nothing like being on the bleeding edge.

Hm. Currently our DID entries point to STAR apps which then route to a CRA that times out to HG. Maybe that's our issue. Maybe I can go DID->CRA->STAR->CRA->HG.
