Has anyone figured out if/how virtual mboxes can be included in the company directory? In Station Attributes, Virtual Mboxes you can enter the first and last name of the virtual mbox by typing it in BUT the second part to setting up a real keyset mbox is to record the spoken name. Both options must be complete for a keyset mbox directory to work. I realize that a keyset is a "real" device on the system vs a virtual mbox. There is nowhere that I can find to record a virtual mbox's first and last name. We have a police dept with officers having only a virtual mbox. They wish to include them in the company directory. Thanks for any help.

You need someone to admin virtual mailboxes and to do that you create a mailbox button on that person's phone which accesses the virtual box that button is assigned to. Once accessed it can be administrated like any other box.
