I have a problem with several phones that have a delay when someone calls in. It appears that the person on this end cannot hear the individual, on the other end, for a few seconds at the beginning of the call. Any suggestions as to what it could be causing this. version 5.354 Inter-tel
Thanks

Kind of a difficult problem to figure out. Perhaps someone has an answer for this. Sure would appreciate anything that may lead to a solution.

Is the caller being transfered from another extension or is the caller dialing an option/extension from the Auto Attendant?
5.354, I'm assuming you have an Inter-Tel Axxess system? What is the model number(s) of the internal phones having the problem? Are they IP or digital phones?
