oobie Member Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,492 central pa	Got an office with ESI-50 with about 20-25 phones. They want to be able to record all phone calls. Any suggestions? This would not be done by using the RECORD button. They just want all calls recorded. Thank you in advance. Gary

I would suggest looking into third party recorders. We did a couple of police departments at one time and they had the third party solution - they have them for POTS or PRI and i'm sure for SIP also by now. John Corrigan New Phone Systems and Service
