Got an office with ESI-50 with about 20-25 phones. They want to be able to record all phone calls. Any suggestions? This would not be done by using the RECORD button. They just want all calls recorded.

Thank you in advance.

It's been a while but I think ESI may make some kind of add on to record everything.

I would suggest looking into third party recorders. We did a couple of police departments at one time and they had the third party solution - they have them for POTS or PRI and i'm sure for SIP also by now.

ESI does have this feature. You will need the following:
ASC Card
Storage Module (hard drive that mounts to ASC card)
Call record licenses
ESI Recording Manager (software to manage recordings).
