Got an office with ESI-50 with about 20-25 phones. They want to be able to record all phone calls. Any suggestions? This would not be done by using the RECORD button. They just want all calls recorded.

It's been a while but I think ESI may make some kind of add on to record everything.
I would suggest looking into third party recorders. We did a couple of police departments at one time and they had the third party solution - they have them for POTS or PRI and i'm sure for SIP also by now.

ESI does have this feature. You will need the following: ASC Card Storage Module (hard drive that mounts to ASC card) Call record licenses ESI Recording Manager (software to manage recordings).
