Inter Axxess 10.003. Unable to dial out from new Analog line.
I have the House phone set to yes. House phone Day and House phone night set to 8. Password is blank.
Outgoing extension is set to 92000. It is set up like other lines that work fine. I can call the line and it rings and picks up fine. When I try to dial out it dials fine until the last number and then I get a fast busy. What am I missing? Thank you.

You might look under COS for the ext maybe it has a restriction, Being you used 92000 (ARS) you might also look under associated exts in the station programming and see if it is set to 92000 or 92001, 92002 or something like that. If it is 92001,2 etc you will need to go to the Trunk Group and make sure you have access to make a call. I have seen where it has the P0051 all and will not allow a station to go out try adding the ext to the outgoing access even if you have the P051 group in it
Hope this helps

I checked the above settings and it is still not working. Any other suggestions. There has to be a setting that I must have missed, that is not allowing an outbound call.

Is the extension in the extension list that is associated with the trunk group for outgoing access? Just another shot in the dark here, but can you dial from a buttset (taking the system out of the equation?)

Thanks Jordon, you lead me down the path. It was missing from the Stations Extension list.
Thank again.
