Hi, our general delivery voice mailbox is # 198. I want to change the mailbox # to match the front desk phone and associate it.

Besides changing the mailbox number are there any other references in the system to the general mailbox, settings or anything else to worry about?

That should do it. When you make the change it will confirm that you are about to associate it with the phone.

Thanks, I did change the MB extension, associated with our front desk phone. Didn't seem to cause any problems.
