I have a customer that I'm assisting remotely with connecting our streaming on-hold device to their Vertical SBX IP 320 console. I have confirmed that the device is connected to the MOH jack on the Vertical hardware, and is producing audio. We have programmed station 100 for ext MOH pgm 171 + FLEX 2 + 2. When trying to program pgm 142 for ext MOH + FLEX 6 does not come up. When placed on hold I'm hearing the internal MOH instead of ext MOH. Can anyone please help, I've been on this for 2 days.
Thanks!!!

It sounds like you are missing 1 step in pgm. 142. Before selecting flex button 6, you need to enter a line range such as (0103) for lines 1 - 3 or (0106) for lines 1-6.
