I maybe over thinking this. We have a customer that has a SL1100 and they are moving their lines to a PRI. I am going through the programming ahead of time to get ready for the change over. I have most of it figured out but the function key programming. With no CAP keys on the SL1100, I am looking at the "Trunk Group Key" but I notice you can only have 1 key for the group on a phone. At the main receptionist she would be handling more the call at a time, how would this work on her set. She uses the park feature for paging sales staff when they are away from their desk and the transfer when they are in their office. If she has to answer a couple of calls back to back and she puts one on hold to answer the 2nd call show up on her phone?

Use the Hybrid Loop keys. And then use Park Keys
