I have a SL1100 user who's voicemail message count isn't showing in the display. His LCD show VM:00 and yet were 8 new messages in the mailbox. Any idea what the problem may be? Its working for other users on the system.

Did you confirm settings in 47-02 matches with the users that are working?

I went over there yesterday and found the problem. The mailbox type was set to 'group' instead of 'personal'.
