Is creating an instant backup of the present complete DB as simple as using All Database, Build, on the Database Management page?
My webinar slides manuals is not giving details.
Advice appreciated.

Yep, it's that easy. You can also have the system do an automatic backup every month to a USB drive, or it can email it to you.
