Not sure what happened but, I restarted an SBX IP 320 and it no longer allowed the users to "automatically" answer CO lines 1-3, when picking up the handset? Also, Caller ID displayed immediately when a call came through. Now, the Caller ID shows up "when" the call is selected. Not sure where to change this back? Is this a Call Group issue or individual station setting? All help is appreciated!

It sounds like the system lost programming, likely because the battery switch is not turned on, or DIP switch #4 was left in the on position (it should be off). This would result in only ext. 100 ringing on incoming calls. This would prohibit preferred line answer (PLA) from working, since the other phones aren't ringing. PLA only applies to ringing stations, and it is enabled by default. You have to change this in CO line ringing programming, PGM 144. The same thing applies to the caller ID display issue you're reporting.
