I have been trying to connect a Valcom V-2003AHF to a CO port of my Mitel 3000 (formerly the Inter-Tel 3000. I'm using the 4110 digital phone sets. I have everything connected per the manual with the battery switch on. I have the co line port 2 connected to the wh/bl - bl/wh pair on the block (connected with the amphenol connector) to the Valcom. When I go off-hook, line 2 lights green, but I cannot get page tone.

When I try my test set from one of the extension ports, (it's a hybrid) I get the same thing.

I even tried connecting a Viking universal telecom/paging interface (PI-1) per instruction and cannot get page tone.

Any ideas?

You would setup pager on unused extension, hten go into statio 9extension programming and make tha a paging extension

Sorry typos unused extension, then go to extension programming. Setup extension as paging extension
