Hello everyone,
I have a challenge configuring Wevoip while SPNET still works. I have an OS7100 system, with SPNET configured between two offices and working, I am trying to configure Wevoip on the same system and everytime i change IP type on MMC830 from private to private with public to configure Wevoip, SPNET stops working. once i return it back SPNET starts working.
I know i have done this for another client before but did not face this problem. Kindly help with possible cause and solution.
Thanks.

How is it that you have the SPNet configured to work? Through VPN? How is the connection being made?

You need to add the subnets of the other connected SPNet systems in MMC 838.

In site a add x.x.x.255 (where x.x.x is site b's range)
In site b add x.x.x.255 (where x.x.x is site a's range)
Eg
Site a ip address is 192.168.1.5 Site b ip address is 10.0.0.5
Site a add 10.0.0.255 Site b add 192.168.1.255

Thank You all for your response, i entered the subnet of both systems in MMC838 then both SPNET and Wevoip works but when i try to call using Wevoip there is a '0' in front of my extension and i get you are not allowed to call this number even when the Wevoip icon is green on my mobile phone. Pls what should i do to get the '0' off.

You need to setup your extension range(s) in the wevoip programming in dm. They're in 5.2.20 something from memory. You can also setup any numbers to auto Doral via the mobile (eg carrier MessageBank numbers, emergency services, etc)

thank you nameless, Wevoip is working well with my local wifi network but with another wifi network i can hear when i call a desk extension on my PBX with my smart phone but the desk extension cannot hear me.
I have port forwarded my MGI 30000>>>>30127, OAS 40000>>>40127, 5080>>>>5060 and i have allowed port 80 and 443. I have also turned off MPS on MMC 861.
Is there anything else i need to do?

L spud you put in the ssid of your local wifi into the wevoip settings in dm?
Do you have a separate mgi/oas card?
Mps won't be your issue. You'll need to forward udp 45000-45016.
You can reduce the 30000 range to end at 30015, and the 40000 to 40032 as well.

Hello all,
Let me highlight the issues so you can take time and sought out solution at your convenience. 1. I have registered 3 wevoip extensions but they cannot call each other because there is a zero (0) in front of the dialled number and the error message will be you are not allowed to call this number. 2. Once i am connected to another wifi network, wevoip registers on my phone, downloads and saves profile, i can make a call to desk extensions it will ring, i will hear them but they won't hear me. 3. Is there a port on the PBX that I need to allow or forward for the voice from an external network to pass through? I remembered you asked what system I said 7100; you asked if there is MGI/OAS card or we are using embedded, I said the embedded. I noticed on MMC 843, there is no information on OAS, So i checked MMC853 and there are no data on OAS card, could it be that the lack of OAS data is why we cannot communicate outside the network that the system is connected? If yes can we get a license for OAS or we will have to buy an OAS card. Kindly help with this.
