With Allworx, is there any way to answer a queue call with a mobile device? I was loaned an Allworx 536 system to demo and liked a lot about the system but it appears that you can only use handsets with queues.

I don't see why not. I have a few medical customers who have Queues but the calls are all answered by either a voice mail box and/or a bank of receptionists, So I really have no personal knowledge--but it's just routing.
Using the Reach application, it should work fine.
