Hello, Is anyone using acd programming? I have two acd groups programmed on the two front phones and not sure on how the acd wrap up button is supposed to work. Thank you.

User would press wrap up key when they are finishing up a call , That gives the ACD agent time to finish up anything needed before taking next call. When ACD wrap timer expires that user starts getting calls again

Thanks Steve. Do you know if the programmed acd wrap up button is supposed to light up when pressed? I've checked the programming and have the correct code (562) and have them logged into the acd group but the button doesn't light up after the call. I also made sure the I set the timer on the wrap up.
