Hello.
I was trying to connect to SVMi-20e via FTP to backup, but I can't do it because FileZilla, WinSCP and any other FTP client says me can't read destination directory. Am I missing something? Issue isn't user or password, because in FileZilla log says it already log in, but something happens when PASV command is sent to the system.
Thanks so much for any help

The svmi20e doesn't support passive mode. Try forwarding port 20 (tcp) to the card as well. Look at disabling passive mode in the connection settings.

How you setup your connection script, or you use any special program to do it?

Be ware that if you're backing up because you are switching it out to a SVMi-20i you will not be able to upload into it. You will have to do everything by hand. So to make sure, take screenshots of all the programming you have done.
