Is there any way to connect a ADIX Omega-Phone IX-12KTD-3 remote phone to the Iwatsu CME in a different location ? I would like to make the remote phone work like it was in the same building as the Iwatsu CME. What other hardware is required? Is it difficult to program? Do I need to have a VOIP provider for the remote phone?
I have never done this before, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Connecting a digital phone to a remote location- remote meaning more than 2000 feet away- would require a digital gateway that may or may not be available any more. A gateway would be needed at each end, connected via network. I don't think I've seen this sort of set-up in over 10 years. You'd be better served to connect a remote IP phone, but that entails a license, an MBU card if you don't already have one, and a little bit of programming. Cost might be slightly more than the above option, but the phone connection would be more stable. All you would need would be a decent DSL connection at the remote end to connect the phone.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
